in a battle your pistol was a last resort and when they did load it they werent as concervative on powder and just threw some and put the ball in and rammed it in. It can be done quite fast after a while. Still if youyr in a battle and you have to use your pistol and then your out of ammo. If its close quaters say your prayers and start to use the butt of your pistol.

wow that reload is ridiculous, in the middle of a battle when they were being shot at did they bring a little fold out table once they ran out of ammo and take about 10 minutes to reload 6 shots, lol

Nice video, However the loading is a bit slow but it's almost impossible to be faster in those conditions. I am using a walker powder flask with adjustable charge so it's a bit faster and for the caps, I use a line caper. The only thing I don't understand is that some are using bore butter after the ball and some are using wad like you. What's the best? The both, wad + butter?
